Research on biogas from algae in Gran Canaria

Partnership with the Marine Biology Center of Gran Canaria

The project consisted in starting up a laboratory on biogas research to assess the biomethane potential of several species of algae and the feasibility of growing them in wastewater with combustion gases as CO2 source.
