Launching Gas Endeavour instrument for in vitro tests in ASPA 2017

Sustainable Technologies has received the visit of Bioprocess Control’s CEO, prof. Jing Liu, in its booth at the 25th Congress of Animal Nutrition ASPA 2017, which was sponsored by the company.  The first series production unit of the instrument Gas Endevour was presented during the event. The results of the research conducted at the University of Parma were presented by prof. Afro Quarantelli, who demonstrated the high accuracy and precision of the new technology (video in Italian, slides in English)

Sustainable Technologies’s CEO, Mario A. Rosato, was nominated one of the jurymen to decide the  Adriano Olivetti Award, 2015. The contest, organized by the Italian Association of Educators (AIF), intends to honour companies, institutes and individual characterized by the excellence in educational projects. There are ten categories of awards in which each project can compete. The award ceremony will take place in Florence on 3rd December 2015, within the 1st Congress on New Education for Renewed Business.

Conference on biogas plant optimization (in Italian) Ecomondo 2015

During the fair Ecomondo 2015, Sustainable Technologies and Biodermol Ambiente promoted a conference on the different aspects of biogas plant optimization.

 

 

Prof. Mario A. Rosato explains the different parameters and techniques that are useful for the anaerobic digestion process.

 


 

Dr. Massimo Pedò, R&D manager of Biodermol Ambiente, explain the analytical check-ups and the influence of the bioactivators in the anaerobic digestion process.

The MALENA Project – Which kinds of biomass for Sicily?

Conference on which biomass types are more suitable for the agroenergy development of Sicily. The  venue was held in the Experimental Agricultural Station of Caltagirone, Sicily (Italy) on 7th December 2012. The first results of the MALENA Project were presented to a public of over 50  key stakeholders of the local agricultural sector, Authorities and University researchers.

Conference (in English with Italian translation): Technology development for efficient design and operation of biogas plants

Prof. Jing Liu, of the University of Lund (Sweden) presented his views on the future trends in R&D and the challenges of technology transfer to the biogas industry.

The conference, organized by Agroenergia, took place in Vercelli, Italy, on 16th Nov. 2012.
