Public debate on the biogas project in Torrevecchia Teatina

On 28th April 2014, upon invitation of the Mayor of Torrevecchia Teatina (Italy),  Mario A. Rosato gave a conference on biogas technology and leaded the public debate on the pros and cons of a project to produce biogas from urban waste.
